Roberta, thanks to you and your staff for making our 20th wedding anniversary dinner so special. The food was impeccable from the delicious rice ball appetizer followed by that flavour packed spinach and butternut ravioli entree. Although we were already so full, we couldn't but help immerse ourselves in the warm, decadent chocolate brownie topped with the creamiest vanilla ice cream. Bursting at the seams, we managed to wash it all down with one of the most delicious Bailey's and Kahlua coffee coconut milk drinks. I would HIGHLY recommend Paliotti's to Vegans and non vegans alike. I loved every single vegan meal I ate tonight. Yum! Have been back a few times with the family and the food never disappoints!

The food is amazing! The ingredients are fresh and authentic, and the flavors are amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is "point on" as it has an old Italian feel. I highly recommend anyone looking for an authentic Italian cuisine and atmosphere to go to Paliottis. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

We went there for Mothers day lunch. We were comp Penne with Vodka Sauce. It was amazing. My pizza was awesome also. My husband ordered spaghetti with meatballs. He said it was really good. He's never said that before. I make a really good spaghetti and meatballs. I feed him daily. I tried it later. I had to get him to agree with me it was better than mine.

The OG Paliotti’s. 35 years and 4 restaurants as a family business for Italian means they must be doing something right. This location is the original; don’t get it confused with the one 3.5km west (also same family but different style). The food here is great. Portions are generous and they don’t skimp out on the good stuff. That first zing of balsamic vinegar and EVOO with the perfectly toasted focaccia is strangely memorable. Service was good and suited the occasion. The only dislike was the desserts. We found that the mains and pasta were really good but the desserts were ok. Worth trying though for sure (esp. the tiramisu). Nice and cozy, home style feel. Will definitely come again.

I visited this place with my friend and we were given a table just before their closing time but yet they were so patient and polite with our presence that we felt like we needed no rush at all. Jessica was our waitress and she was not only fun an emphatic but also very nice attendant, always taking care of our table. She made our night comfortable and amazingly delicious with her recommendations. I would definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll come back again soon!

Had a great date night! The service was A1 and the value for quality and portion of dishes was fantastic. 2 cocktails, 1/2 liter of wine, appy, two pasta entrees, a tiramisu and a pistachio dessert square to go (for later ) 130. homey and cozy atmosphere, leave the kids at home. ...

I was happy to try out Paliottis for the first time yesterday. My vegans friends and I have heard about their vegan menu. If you're trying to eat ethically and sustainably in Maple Ridge, I recommend this restaurant.
